Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Standard shipping and processing: 5-10 business days

Items will be processed within 5 business days of when an order was placed. Please be mindful that shipping time is dependent on the carrier and not on KM. Items are not guaranteed to be delivered within 5 business days, but to be processed and shipped out within that time frame, unless otherwise stated.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?

Once your package has shipped, you can track it with the tracking number that we'll provide you.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method and location, but we'll provide you with an estimated delivery range at checkout.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@shopkendallmarie.com so that we can initiate a claim or replacement.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but it may depend on the stage of the shipping process and the policies of our shipping carriers.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Items may be returned for store credit only. Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and will only be accepted if item is unused and has all original packaging.

Sale and promotional items are final sale.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued only in the instance of a package being lost or damaged upon delivery with proof of said instance.

In extenuating circumstances, a refund may be issued on case by case basis.
